Expert Installation
Crew arrives at 7 AM with all materials pre-staged. Tarps go down to protect landscaping. Old roof comes off, decking gets inspected and repaired as needed, and the new system goes on layer by layer. Most Millwood homes finished in one day.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the property with you, show you the finished roof, and answer any questions. Magnetic nail sweep across the yard, driveway, and walkways. Gutters cleaned out. Your warranty gets registered that same day.
